In short: you get a personal licence to play minimalgames. The one-time unlock is yours for as long as the app exists on the App Store, on every device signed in with your Apple Account. Apple handles payments and refunds.

1. Agreement1. Sözleşme
These terms are an agreement between you and YEYGUN CONSULTANT - FZCO (“we”) for the iPhone app “minimalgames” (the “App”). By installing or using the App you accept them. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms take precedence to the extent Apple’s agreement allows.

2. Licence2. Lisans
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or extract the App’s games, artwork, sounds or code.

3. Free tries and the one-time purchase3. Ücretsiz denemeler ve tek seferlik satın alma
The App is free to download. Each game can be started a limited number of times for free, and the daily challenge is always free. “Unlock everything” is a single, non-consumable in-app purchase sold by Apple. It removes the limit for every game and rule set, permanently, on all devices that use the Apple Account it was bought with. Use “Restore purchases” in the App to bring it to a new device. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy and may vary by country.

4. Payments and refunds4. Ödemeler ve iadeler
All payments are processed by Apple under your Apple Account terms. We do not receive your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or advertisements.

The App stores scores and settings only on your device and collects no personal data (see the Privacy Policy). Score images you create with “Share” are yours to share as you wish.

We may update the App, add or adjust games, rule sets and free-try limits, or withdraw the App from the App Store. An unlock you have paid for will not be taken away by an update. We may change these terms; the current version is always at minimalgames.me/terms.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability7. Garanti yoktur; sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance or support, except as required by Apple’s own terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
